You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of the purchase date, without needing to provide a reason.

The cancellation period ends 30 days after the product has been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier).

How to Cancel Your Order

To initiate a cancellation:

2. Return the product following the conditions outlined below.

   Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund within 30 days.

   Refunds will be made using the original payment method. No additional fees will be charged.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Have been purchased within the past 30 days

• Be unused and in its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Perishable goods or items with expiration dates

• Unsealed hygiene-related items

• Products mixed with other items that cannot be separated

SkyPilot Games reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated risks

• Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended

• Refunds will be issued only after the return is received, or proof of shipment is provided

SkyPilot Games is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

• You will receive store credit for the value of the return

• A digital voucher will be sent once the return is received

If the item was not sent directly to you as a gift:

• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
